Our Philosophy

Minimalist. Private. Uncompromisingly human.

Every line of code we write, every pixel we ship, and every byte we touch is filtered through three questions: Does it respect the user? Does it protect the user? Does it make the user feel calm, capable, and present?

We don't ship features for the sake of features. We don't add accounts, sign-ups, or cloud dependencies unless they are mathematically necessary. We don't accept tracking SDKs, ad networks, or analytics pipelines that compromise the integrity of the product or the user.

Minimalist Design

Every element earns its place. We remove until the product only contains what is necessary — and then refine what remains.

Privacy First

Local processing, zero tracking, encrypted storage. Your data is yours — we never see it, and we have no way to see it.

Experience First

Craft over speed. Detail over volume. We obsess over micro-interactions because the product is the sum of them.

CoreData + CryptoKit

Encrypted local stores. AES-GCM-256 by default. Zero sync servers, zero plaintext at rest, zero telemetry leaving the device.

AVFoundation + AudioKit

Generative audio engines, real-time DSP, procedural sample libraries. We build our own oscillators, envelopes, and effects chains.

A four-stage studio process, refined across years.

Every engagement at frostdevcloudgrid follows the same calm, deliberate cadence. We work in small, senior-only teams, ship in short cycles, and write everything down.

Discovery

Two-week research sprint. Stakeholder interviews, technical audits, competitive landscape, and a written product thesis.

Prototype

Rapid, high-fidelity prototypes in Figma + SwiftUI. We validate the feeling of the product before we commit to a single line of production code.

Build

Two-week sprint cycles with daily demos. Continuous integration, automated UI testing, and weekly production builds on TestFlight.

Ship & Tend

App Store launch, post-launch instrumentation review, quarterly design audits, and a long-term maintenance contract to keep the product healthy.
